1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how the developer and administrator of the “Telemost Plus” browser extension (the “Operator”, acting as controller under applicable law) processes and protects users’ personal data (see Section 5 for identity and contact details).
1.2. The Operator considers the protection of human rights and freedoms, including the right to privacy and confidentiality of personal and family life, to be a fundamental principle of its activity.
2. Data handling (categories, purposes, legal basis)
2.1. The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
2.2. Cookies: to create a meeting, the Extension relies on existing Yandex authentication cookies stored in the browser; it does not extract or persist cookie contents and does not disclose cookies to third parties.
2.3. Error diagnostics: only when errors arise, the Extension sends limited technical telemetry solely for diagnostics and service stability. Telemetry includes the Extension version, browser and operating system versions, event timestamp, anonymized stack traces, and the error message. The Extension does not collect page contents, IP addresses, tokens, passwords, cookies, authorization headers, or full URLs with sensitive parameters. Error telemetry is retained for 30 days and then deleted. Error telemetry can be disabled in the Extensions settings.
2.4. Legal basis: where applicable law requires a legal basis, the Operator relies on legitimate interests in ensuring security, diagnostics, and service stability.
2.5. The Extension does not engage in behavioral advertising and does not use advertising trackers. The Extension does not sell or share personal information and does not conduct targeted advertising.
3. Disclosures and cross‑border transfers
3.1. Recipient/Processor: Rollbar acts solely as a processor on behalf of the Operator for error diagnostics; no other recipients are involved.
3.2. Cross‑border transfers: if telemetry is transferred across borders, the Operator implements appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
4. Individual rights and children
4.1. Individuals may have rights such as access, deletion, restriction, objection, or other rights provided by applicable law.
4.2. Requests can be submitted using the contact methods in Section 5. The Operator will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
4.3. The Extension is not directed to children, and the Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If the Operator becomes aware of processing involving a minor contrary to applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.
