This document (the "Agreement") sets out the terms of use of the "Telemost Plus" browser extension (the "Extension") and describes the privacy practices applicable to its use. By installing and using the Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Extension is software designed to streamline the creation of video meetings on the "Yandex Telemost" platform.
1.2. The Extension is not affiliated with Yandex LLC and is not an official Yandex product.
1.3. This Agreement is concluded between you (the end user) and the developer of the Extension (the "Developer").
1.4. Privacy practices related to your use of the Extension are governed by a separate Privacy Policy available at https://smart-apps.store/en/telemos-plus/privacy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
2. License to Use
2.1. You are granted a limited (non‑exclusive), personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for non‑commercial purposes.
2.2. You may not:
- modify, decompile, distribute, or sell the Extension;
- use the Extension for commercial, automated, malicious, or unlawful purposes;
- claim the Extension as your own development.
2.3. All source code, structure, and design of the Extension are protected by copyright and belong to the Developer. Any copying, reproduction, or redistribution, including in modified form, without prior written consent is prohibited.
3. Operation of the Extension
3.1. The Extension provides an interface for creating video meetings using the Yandex Telemost service.
3.2. The Extension requires that the user be authenticated in Yandex services within the current browser session.
3.3. The Extension uses the following browser permissions:
- opening tabs;
- access to pages under https://telemost.yandex.ru/*;
- executing scripts on pages of the telemost.yandex.ru domain;
- writing to the clipboard;
- storing settings on local disk/storage.
3.4. All actions are performed within the user’s browser and are limited to the functionality described. The Extension does not make hidden network requests except for the following:
- the Yandex Telemost service (telemost.yandex.ru) to perform the primary function;
- the Rollbar monitoring service to transmit technical error reports.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
4.2. The Developer is not liable for:
- any malfunctions, errors, or limitations caused by updates to the browser or the Yandex Telemost service;
- limitations and disruptions related to the operation of third‑party monitoring services, as well as the consequences of changes to their technical policies;
- inability to use the Extension;
- any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the Extension, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
5. Updates and Termination
5.1. The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue support for the Extension at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Continued use of the Extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. Where required by law, material changes will be notified and, if necessary, consent will be obtained.
6. Governing Law
6.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. If the laws of the user’s country/region mandate additional consumer or data‑protection rights (e.g., in the EEA/UK/US states), those rights remain unaffected.

Installing and using the Extension signifies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, remove the Extension from your browser.
